I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have tried all kinds of quick fix diet pills and ridiculous diet plans to help with weight loss. I’ve never really had good results and before I know it I’m back to square one. Nicki’s meal plans have worked wonders for me and I love what I eat! I eat six meals a day and I feel full of energy and I don’t go hungry. She’s very accommodating and will work with me if there’s something I don’t like to eat. Before working with her I never lifted weights at the gym because I wouldn’t know what to do or where to start, but now I find myself wanting to go to the gym and lift! I actually get excited to work out!! I came across some difficulty with my workouts and being able to go to the gym due to family issues and Nicki helped me by figuring out some workouts I can do at home with some Dumbbells, resistance bands and a kettle ball. I began by taking on a 6 week program designed by Nicki. Within these short 6 weeks, I have learned so much about myself and what my body is capable of. I was always intimidated going into the free weight section of the gym but with Nicki’s guidance and exercises she wrote up for me I am now extremely confident!
I always had trouble choosing what food is best to eat. You can work out as much as you want but if you’re not eating for fuel then your workouts don’t mean anything. Nicki designed a weekly food plan to follow that is easy for me to make all in one day so then I have meals ready to go for the rest of the week!

Before working with Nicki I had always stuck to running on the treadmill (boring) or calorie restriction (starving), to stay in “shape” or lose weight. It was miserable and not sustainable. I came to her wanting to learn the right way to eat and tone up while figuring out how to actually ENJOY going to the gym- and she helped me do exactly that.
Within the first 6 weeks I lost 13 pounds, 9.5″ overall and was finally able to walk into the gym (alone!) and knew exactly what I was supposed to do there. If I’m ever having an “off” week or feeling discouraged Nicki is the first person to encourage me and remind me of how far I’ve come- and where I’ll be if I keep going smile emoticon

Nicki has finally helped me realize I can lose my unwanted weight and inches with EATING. The plans that she tailors for… you do not leave you hungry and you’re eating a lot of nutrient dense food. As of today I am 15 pounds down in 7 weeks from eating smart and the lifting plan she assigned to me. I look forward going to the gym now since she has shown me not to be uncomfortable using the weight room. Nicki is VERY knowledge, approachable and will work with you on your goals. So I had a moment after looking at my first before pic to my 6 week weigh in pic…I cannot thank Nicki enough as to how she helped me, pushed me, and showed me how to eat right, weigh out portions, and some guidance in the gym. I feel so much more confident then I ever have. My clothes are baggier, I dropped 2 sizes and some inches all around. Seeing these results in only 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks just pushes me even more to keep on truckin. If I can do it anyone can… make it about YOU! My weight has been a roller coaster over the last couple of years and I have struggled to lose weight and keep it off. I’ve been to dieticians that make you feel like something is wrong with you and I was hungry all day long with no weight loss , Nicki really gets it and understands what I am working for, her meal plans are easy and effective. So far I’ve lost 15.5 lbs, 4 inches of of my chest and almost 3 inches off of my waist all while increasing my strength! I can’t wait to see what’s to come.
I have struggled time and time again with trying to lose weight. I’ve tried all the diets I saw on the Internet and all over tv but none of them ever worked for me. When I joined O’dea fitness, I can honestly say this is the only program that has shown me results in as little as a week! The workouts are easy to learn and the meal plans are flexible with what you like to eat! This is the only plan that isn’t some craze or trend, but it’s a guide on how to live healthy! Recently finished the 8 week meal and workout program from Odea fitness. I have lost a total of 8lbs and I’m feeling great!! Before I was totally intimidated to go anywhere near the weights at the gym. So I would only take classes and run on the treadmill. But I wasn’t ever seeing results, and barely maintaining my weight. Nicki is always available for any questions and she absoluetly loves talking about anything related to working out and nutrition. Her passion for what she does is so motivating and inspirational, it’s awesome. Aside from the workouts her nutrition plan is totally reasonable. A huge thank you to Nicki for taking me on as a client this 30lbs goal would not have been possible without her guidance. When I started with O’Dea fitness I didn’t have a total weight loss goal in mind. I just simply told Nicki that I wanted to go down in weight slow and steady. I must admit that I was skeptical at first but Nicki quickly made me a believer and 6 months later here we are at a total weight loss of 30lbs. Nicki has been very receptive to my opinions and ideas and has also accommodated my requests for cheat meals. For those who know me my cheat meals are epic and more like a cheat feast but even so we still went down in weight given that I would feast for one meal a week.
