Healthy Turkey Tostadas:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place two El Milagro corn tortillas on aluminum foil and spray both sides with Pam olive oil cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes.
  • Take 1 small avocado, lime juice and Himalayan pink salt and mash together in a bowl.
  • Cook 1 package of 99% fat free ground turkey. Weigh 3 oz and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Blend.
  • Take the mashed avocado and evenly spread on both tortillas.
  • Top with ground turkey.
