Healthy Protein Chicken Pizza


💥  1 Meijer brand (or comparable) whole wheat pita

💥  1/4 cup Trader Joe’s (or comparable) pizza sauce

💥  4 oz. Perdue (or comparable) chicken

💥  Handful of spinach (sautéed)

💥  28g 2% milk Kraft (or comparable) mozzarella cheese

💥  28g Trader Joe’s(or comparable) feta cheese

💥  garlic salt, garlic powder and basil


✅  spray both sides of pita with olive oil cooking spray

✅   broil each side for around 4 min read more

Healthy Turkey Tostadas:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place two El Milagro corn tortillas on aluminum foil and spray both sides with Pam olive oil cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes.
  • Take 1 small avocado, lime juice and Himalayan pink salt and mash together in a bowl.
  • Cook 1 package of 99% fat free ground turkey. Weigh 3 oz and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Blend.
  • Take the mashed avocado and evenly spread on both tortillas.
  • Top with ground turkey.
