My client just completed her 8 week individualized meal & workout plan and lost: 10 lbs; 1/2 inch off arms; 3 inches off chest; 2.5 inches off waist;5 inches off hips; and 2.5 inches off thighs. This just goes to show it’s never too late to make a lifestyle change, even after having kids.
